Myself and a young lady friend, who I just happened to charm into a date (and into being my girlfriend, subsequently!) on an Asian dating site, recently have been considering going on a safari. I don't know why, but there is a presumption that all South Africans must have been on safari at some point, but we never have and we thought it was about time that we tried!
We wanted to find out our own information, though, rather than getting the advice of people we know!
That might sound arrogant, but we just like finding out stuff for ourselves and when it came to researching this particular subject, we were helped out considerably by Ticky Box Images. This is a site absolutely packed to the gills with photos and images about safaris and general other South African subjects, and it gave us all the information that we wanted to see.
It was certainly evidence enough to persuade us that it was something we wanted to do. I didn't think for one second joining an Asian dating site would lead to going on safari!
